belleayre, I agree with you in concept, but I have clickked "inappropriate" hundreds of times to the insulting comments. No change. I really wish it did work.
I strongly suggest that you and everyone else click on "Inappropriate" whenever Punisher starts one of his insulting rants. Perhaps that will get the attention of the administration.
